- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings.

- Ensure properties remain safe, functional and welcoming.
- Work closely with various people, showing initiative.
Skills
Location: Covering Warwickshire
Work Base: Travel between various P3 sites
Salary: £27,290.00 per annum (A company van, tools, and workwear are provided)
Hours per week: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm

- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out.
- Take on tasks such as painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work, minor DIY and refurbishment tasks.
- Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
- Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
- Company van, tools, workwear and fuel card provided.
