This is an exciting opportunity to join a transformational Trust and play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the day‑to‑day activities of the in‑house Estates mechanical service.
We are looking for someone who is technically astute and has a strong track record of managing and delivering a customer‑focused maintenance service at a similar level within a highly complex environment. You will manage performance, provide technical expertise and support the staff within your team. Where applicable, you will also be responsible for managing external contracted support to ensure value for money, quality and H&S compliance. This is a key role within our Estates operational team, and we are keen to recruit a motivated individual who will help us to provide exceptional standards of service that we continually strive to deliver to our patients and colleagues.
