A charitable organization in Warwickshire is seeking a Maintenance Operative to enhance the quality of living for those using their services. The role involves conducting maintenance checks, general repairs, and ensuring properties are safe and welcoming. Candidates should have DIY skills and previous experience in maintenance, along with a full UK driving licence. You will receive support from a dedicated team and the use of company tools and a van. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the community.
Location: Covering Warwickshire
Work Base: Travel between various P3 sites
Salary: £27,290.00 per annum (A company van, tools, and workwear are provided)
Hours per week: 41 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8am to 2:30pm
