Job Overview

Ben Gooding Gardens is an established garden maintenance and soft landscaping business with an enviable reputation for quality and customer service across East Devon, West Dorset and South Somerset.

We have an exciting opportunity for a garden maintenance subcontractor to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who likes working outdoors in all weathers and likes to work hard with a can-do attitude. We pride ourselves in providing exemplary customer service and only engage individuals who meet our high expectations.

It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate a strong commitment to the customer, as well as trustworthy and reliable behaviours.

FULL AND CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE

Attention to detail, tidiness within jobs and when using tools and vans.

Ability to problem solve and think for yourself.

Must be a team player.

Be well-mannered and have an easygoing nature.

Duties to include:

Hedge and shrub trimming to a high standard

Fencing and turfing

Planting and mulching

Weeding

Lawn mowing and edging

Please note: We DO NOT carry out hard landscaping work, patios/paving etc.

Qualifications

Chainsaw and knapsack sprayer tickets are desirable but not essential.

Pay is dependent on experience.
