Job summary
A leading hi-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial and Legal Manager to provide strategic guidance across all commercial matters. This role involves evaluating contracts, overseeing IP management, and maintaining the contracts database while supporting major transactions and dispute resolutions. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or legal fields and at least 3 years of experience in a related role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar commercial/legal role within hi-tech production or manufacturing.
- Strong experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to contractual detail.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and implement a range of commercial and legal documents.
- Oversee patents and trademarks management.
- Maintain contracts database and support litigation processes.
