• Manage your own portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
• Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to grow both your own and the firm’s professional network
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross‑referrals and firm‑wide growth

You’ll ideally come from a Commercial Property background in a well‑regarded law firm. It’s likely you’ll be around 4+ years PQE . Importantly, you’ll have the ability to offer advice that will achieve the best result for the client. With a proactive, self‑motivated approach you’ll have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
