This newly created role is pivotal to our continued expansion and will lead our data privacy function while supporting a broad range of commercial legal matters.
What you’ll do:
- Lead global data privacy compliance across GDPR, CCPA, PIPL and more.
- Support commercial contract review and negotiation.
- Advise on privacy risks for e-commerce, marketing, fan engagement, and HR.
- Conduct DPIAs, LIAs, and oversee data processing projects.
- Collaborate with Information Security on breach response and incident management.
- Handle DSARs, regulatory queries, and manage external privacy advisors.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
- Experience in luxury, FMCG, or retail sectors.
- Deep knowledge of global data privacy in consumer-facing businesses.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
