Solicitor - Large Loss/Castastrophic Injury Claims

We are growing our Keoghs Scotland Large Loss and Catastrophic Injury team. The experienced Solicitor will pick up high-impact large loss claims and have the opportunity to work alongside lead lawyers on complex and challenging cases. Ideal for those with Sheriff Court/Court of Session personal injury experience. This is a career-defining opportunity with genuine scope for career growth across broader legal disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation
  • Drafting advice, court documents, and correspondence
  • Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel
  • Liaising with clients and conducting site visits
  • Supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives
  • Engaging in business development through articles, blogs, presentations, and events
