Edinburgh Fringe Programme & Registration Coordinator
Job summary
A performing arts organization in Edinburgh seeks a Programme and Registration Assistant to aid artists in show registration and data preparation for the Fringe programme and website. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a methodical approach with attention to detail. This role requires experience with data handling, understanding of the arts festival landscape, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. This is a full-time position with a rate of pay at £13.45 per hour.
Qualifications
- Experience working with data and high volumes of information.
- Understanding of arts festivals or performing arts venues.
- Knowledge of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe landscape.
Responsibilities
- Assist artists and venues with show registration using EdFringeware.
- Edit and proof data for the Fringe programme and website.
- Contact artists regarding missing or misleading show information.
- Meet deadlines for show publication and communication.
