Product Manager-Customer Platforms (CRM / FSM / CPQ / Ecommerce)

Role Overview

To maximise the return on investment in the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm systems by optimising understanding, consistency of use, adoption, data integrity and requests for development across Spirax Group. This is a hands‑on role, requiring regular work with other stakeholders and cross‑functional teams acting as a bridge between the technical and service innovation/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business. The role will also be required to develop an ongoing training, implementation and communication plans to drive consistent and effective use and understanding of the CRM/FSM/CPQ / Ecomm products across our teams.

Your objectives and responsibilities

Lead and develop high performing teams, supporting agile working practices, and a modern delivery culture across the business landscape.

  • Budget responsibilities of c£1.2 M, budget vs actual monthly analysis, with a target of ± 5 %.
  • Lead on business and process change implementation, providing input and solutions in relation to the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm products, while working within the architecture standards and Global Model.
  • Lead on a consistent and appropriate adoption of the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm products across our Group, while driving training services group wide.
  • Ensure the approach to data integrity / data quality in the system/s are regularly reviewed and action taken to ensure consistency and reduce duplication or inaccuracy, while working with our MDM global teams.
  • Champion adoption of the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm creating a wider understanding of the value it brings.
  • Work with teams across Spirax Group to identify priority areas for development that have the most impact, revenue or improved ways of working.
  • Work closely with IT and Digital teams, in addition to our suppliers, to deliver maximum benefit from the CRM/FSM/CPQ/Ecomm products.
  • Identify areas where the system is under‑used or could provide improved ways of working and raise with the appropriate managers.
  • Development of dashboard/reports which can be regularly updated with key performance information and shared with Managers across the Spirax Group.
Your previous experience
  • Experience working in a complex business environment, with multiple of system environments to work with and manage.
  • Experience in the full software development life cycle, requirements, analysis, specification, development, testing and release.
  • Worked with on‑site / near‑shore delivery teams.
  • Proven delivery experience in Waterfall and “Agile” environment.
  • LCM experience within other organisations.
  • Business Partner or Business Analyst previous experience.
  • Managed support operations (L1/L2), monitoring, and platform maintenance.
