Job summary
A leading mortgage brokerage is seeking a Self Employed Mortgage Broker to work remotely. The responsibility includes advising clients on suitable mortgage options, reviewing financial documents, and liaising with lenders to secure optimal deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage products and excellent communication skills. Candidates with previous brokering experience will be preferred, alongside a Certified Mortgage Broker designation. This is a full-time role.

This is a full-time remote role for a Self Employed Mortgage Broker. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage options, assessing and understanding their financial situations, and helping them secure the best mortgage deals. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, reviewing financial documents, liaising with lenders, and staying updated on industry trends. The broker will also provide personalized mortgage advice, complete mortgage applications, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and the lending process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in assessing client financial situations and needs
- Ability to liaise effectively with lenders and financial institutions
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Certified Mortgage Broker designation and membership in relevant professional bodies
