Candidates should have 3–4+ years in eCommerce design, a portfolio showcasing high-quality DTC work, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. Responsibilities include setting creative direction, managing several design projects, and ensuring visual quality. The position offers London business hours and requires collaboration with UK, EU, and North American teams.
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of UI/UX design experience in a high-volume agency or eCommerce setting.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality DTC or eCommerce website work.
- Experience designing for Shopify or similar platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, WordPress).
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design QA techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Deep attention to visual detail, brand consistency, and layout precision.
Responsibilities
- Help set the creative bar across projects with a focus on user experience.
- Work on 6–8 active design projects collaboratively.
- Support implementation of best practices in visual design.
- Provide guidance on reusable design components.
- Translate client brand guidelines into high-performing visual outcomes.
