Responsibilities include setting creative direction, managing several design projects, and ensuring visual quality. The position offers London business hours and requires collaboration with UK, EU, and North American teams.
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of UI/UX design experience in a high-volume agency or eCommerce setting.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality DTC or eCommerce website work.
- Experience designing for Shopify or similar platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, WordPress).
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design QA techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Deep attention to visual detail, brand consistency, and layout precision.
Responsibilities
- Help set the creative bar across projects with a focus on user experience.
- Work on 6–8 active design projects collaboratively.
- Support implementation of best practices in visual design.
- Provide guidance on reusable design components.
- Translate client brand guidelines into high-performing visual outcomes.
