We're looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacture Engineering Team Lead to join our world-class manufacturing facility near Middlesbrough. You'll be guiding a small but highly skilled team of Manufacturing Engineers, providing hands-on engineering support and helping to drive operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading your team to support production, servicing, commissioning, FAT, and new product introductions (NPI)
- Driving improvements in equipment, processes, and technology to boost quality and efficiency
- Monitoring and achieving departmental KPIs
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
- Practical experience in manufacturing / production environments, ideally with complex electro-mechanical products
