Job summary

A facilities management company is looking for a Mobile Engineer to handle maintenance and reactive tasks for client assets. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, relevant qualifications, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely completion of maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain records of statutory testing and inspections.
• Carry out maintenance on M&E services and installations.
• Support subcontractors with routine and emergency maintenance.
• Assist clients in setting maintenance priorities and budgets.
• Provide technical support and advice as needed.
• Implement Asset Management Plan in coordination with clients.
