Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor, analyse & report on website sales performance including metrics to provide optimisations to improve customer experience.
  2. Strategically plan & execute campaign launches.
  3. Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  4. Oversee & support the Ecommerce Assistant with the full product lifecycle management, from listings, inventory management, pricing & range review across all websites.
  5. Manage & support the Ecommerce Assistant to execute the content strategy across both websites.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for online growth and customer retention across all touchpoints.
  7. Work closely with the technical agency to maintain site development.
  8. Coordinate with marketing, sales, merchandising and technical teams.
  9. Research competitors and stay current with e-commerce trends.
Required Skills
  1. 3 years’ experience in Ecommerce.
  2. Experience in Shopify+.
  3. Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics).
  4. Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  5. Good communication and project management abilities.
