Successful candidate will have responsibility for the design and implementation of Tax and transfer pricing solutions.* Review corporate income tax returns for UK and European companies prepared internally or externally and related tax payment estimates.* Document tax filing positions (including ASC 740 evaluation) and provide technical expertise to drive* Provide tax review of commercial contracts* Participate as tax SME in business led projects and clearly, accurately, and timely analyze tax issues and communicate tax guidance to stakeholders.
