Job summary
A growing international organisation is seeking a Dynamics 365 Specialist to take ownership of CRM technology and processes across the UK and EMEA. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of IT experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position involves managing a variety of projects, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing CRM capabilities. Excellent communication skills and experience with the Power Platform are essential. This role offers a fully remote work environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with extensive Dynamics 365 knowledge.
- Experience in CRM design, configuration, and delivery.
- Strong communication skills for working with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main IT representative for UK/EMEA stakeholders.
- Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE performance across functions.
- Lead CRM projects from requirements through to go-live.
