Referment is partnering with a fast-growing fintech firm working with financial institutions to improve how financial data is managed and processed.

We’re recruiting a graduate / early-career Client Data Operations Analyst to join a small, high-impact team where accuracy, ownership and learning by doing matter more than technical credentials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data in Excel, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to start their career in financial services and fintech. You’ll work closely with senior team members to help prepare and manage client data used by financial institutions. Your work will directly impact how clients operate day-to-day.

Typical Responsibilities Include

• Managing and checking data using Excel
• Validating and cleaning datasets
• Configuring data in an Excel-style transformation tool (full training provided)
• Supporting client onboarding
• Responding to client queries and resolving issues
• Investigating data problems and maintaining data quality
• Improving processes as the company grows

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who wants real responsibility early.

Essential

• Comfortable working in Excel (or motivated to become very good at it)
• Naturally detail-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Able to commute into London weekly

Working Pattern

• Fully remote initially
