Job summary
A global leader in clinical research services is hiring a Therapeutic Strategy Director specialized in Respiratory clinical trials. This remote role seeks an expert with over 10 years of clinical research experience, capable of leading strategic proposal development and early client engagement in clinical operations. The ideal candidate will work on global strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance IQVIA’s competitive edge. The position offers a competitive salary and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of global clinical research and operations experience, including Phase I trials.
- Proven expertise in the Respiratory therapeutic area and drug development strategy.
- Deep knowledge of GCP, clinical operations, project management, and clinical trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead early client engagement and proposal development for respiratory clinical trials.
- Develop client-centric operational and therapeutic strategies from Phase I to III.
- Champion innovative solutions in proposal responses.
- Design global trial delivery plans including country/site selection and patient recruitment.
