A leading pet care platform is seeking a Growth Strategist to scale their referral engine and enhance community engagement. This role involves designing experiments, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with marketing teams on viral initiatives. Ideal candidates are data literate with a background in gamification and marketing. The position is fully remote, offering a salary between ÂŁ60,000 and ÂŁ80,000, along with generous benefits including equity options and a monthly work-from-home stipend.

At the moment, a sit starts every two minutes somewhere on the planet. We want that to be every single minute and we know the only way weâll get there is with the right people in the right roles.
Weâre looking for an analytical Growth Strategist to help us scale our referral engine, joining a new squad who are focused on delivering product features and IRL magic that get our current members bringing more of their friends into our community. Youâll operate as a âstartâup in a scaleâupâ â scrappy, experimental and fast. In collaboration with a Product Manager, Designer and Engineers, youâll figure out how to grow our member base at an exponential rate through gamification and viral effects. Youâll use your analytics and consumer behaviour skills to ideate and test new mechanisms that encourage authentic wordâofâmouth, both online and offline. We have big growth goals.
