Job summary
A renowned local bakery in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for their Leith Shop. This position involves preparing and serving a range of delicious bakery products, maintaining displays, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires flexibility, including early morning shifts starting at 5am and working any 5 days from Monday to Sunday. In return, the bakery offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 plus fantastic benefits, including discounts and complimentary meals during shifts.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve customers with bakery and food to go products.
- Set up and maintain counter and window displays.
- Process customer pre-orders and payments.
- Stock shelves with products.
- Answer customer queries and give product guidance.
- Cleaning of shop and facilities.
