Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining various Trucks and Vehicles.
- Performing Fault Diagnostics and Mechanical repairs.
- Completing paperwork accurately and road testing vehicles as necessary.

Who are we looking for as an HGV Technician:
- You will have previous experience working as an HGV Technician / Mechanic within the HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, Heavy Plant, Car or an associated sector.
- Ideally have a qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Or a time served HGV Technician.
- Ability to participate in breakdowns.
- Skills to follow company processes for completing all paperwork including accurate completion of job cards and service records.
- General level of computer literacy is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
The HGV Technician role / responsibilities include(but not limited to):
Servicing and maintaining a wide variety of Trucks and Vehicles. Fault Diagnostics. MOT Preparation. Mechanical and Electrical repairs. Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer’s procedures and in a safe and responsible manner. Road test vehicle when required, subject to licence restrictions. Attend any technical or development training that is made available.
Working hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm. Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 9pm.
Alternate Saturdays, 6am – 12pm.
