An LGBTQ+ advocacy organization in the UK is seeking a Volunteer Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) to lead strategic initiatives focused on promoting visibility, unity, and equality. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to enhance organizational policies and train volunteers. Candidates should be committed to LGBTQ+ equality and have experience in DEI efforts. The position is flexible, asking for a commitment of 6-8 hours per week, with a role starting ASAP or in January 2026.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony! The Volunteer Director of DEI will lead the organisation’s strategic approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that Pride in London’s values of visibility, unity, and equality are embedded across our culture, governance, operations, and community engagement. This role supports our mission to create an inclusive and equitable environment for volunteers, staff, partners, and the communities we serve. This role reports to The Board & CEO.
