Job summary
A prominent consulting firm is looking for Business Change consultants on a contract basis. This remote role offers a day rate between £450 and £550, outside IR35. Candidates should have extensive experience in change management, manage the human side of change, and demonstrate stakeholder engagement skills. Responsibilities include leading strategic change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and coaching teams to embed change effectively. An ideal candidate is degree-level educated and has a deep understanding of change management principles.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in change management, ideally in large programs/projects.
- Detailed understanding of Business Change Management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-complexity change management across client assignments.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments of change.
- Foster a culture of change readiness and build business capability.
