Job summary

A charitable organization for learning outdoors is seeking an Education Programme Manager to oversee the education programme's delivery, development, and impact. Responsibilities include managing project teams, stakeholder engagement, hosting training sessions, and ensuring effective use of resources. This is a home-based role with some travel required, offering a salary of £33k pro rata for 22.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the Learning Outside the Classroom sector.
• Understanding of teaching policy and practice.
• Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management in educational settings.

• Administer and manage the education programme.

• Host CPD and practice sharing sessions.
