A technology company seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment processes and cultivate a diverse team. The role encompasses managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and developing data-driven strategies. Ideal candidates possess at least 5 years in corporate Talent Acquisition and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 and supports remote work while focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
As a Senior Recruiter at Slingshot, you will contribute to one of the most important things at the company – building the best team in space and on earth. In addition to managing the full recruitment life‑cycle across a variety of business areas, you’ll be responsible for integrating our employer brand into your recruitment process, coaching hiring managers and serving as a thought partner to them, and contributing to the evolution of our recruiting practices.

Compensation: $120,000 – $170,000
