Job summary

A leading facilities management provider is seeking a highly organised Transition Coordinator to support the mobilisation and transition of new sites. This remote role requires strong coordination and utilities administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across regional sites. Successful candidates will assist clients with service applications and provide ongoing support with billing issues, while effectively managing multiple documents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Property, or Construction environments highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and documents.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility transfer process for new sites.
• Create and maintain project folders for new sites.
• Monitor pipeline site trackers and attend client meetings.
