What You’ll Be Doing
  • Meeting merchants booked by our SDR team — demoing Flatpay and closing deals (75% of signings).
  • Generating your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvas (25%).
  • Tailoring our solutions to merchant needs.
  • Delivering and installing terminals for new merchants and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Keeping accurate CRM records and managing your pipeline.
  • Building long‑term customer relationships with ethical, honest selling.
  • Feeding insights to SDR, Marketing and Product to help sharpen performance.
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (any background — retail, hospitality, events, telesales, door‑to‑door, field, etc.).
  • Great communication and rapport building.
  • Confident with objections and negotiation.
  • Resilient, self‑motivated, and driven by results.
  • Organised and able to plan your time/territory effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a personal vehicle (where required).
