Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate Degree preferred.
• Two years of patient access experience within healthcare setting preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology and familiarity with insurance plans required.
• Working knowledge of Google Office and Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of Epic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate registration of Hospital patients.
• Keep track of changes in insurance plan requirements.
• Communicate changes to registration staff.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Ensure high quality service and accuracy during visits.
