A prominent healthcare system in Cambridge is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant to join their OB/GYN team. The role entails working collaboratively with MDs in an inpatient setting focused on Labor & Delivery and Maternity care. Ideal candidates will have OB/GYN experience and be driven to serve a multicultural patient population. This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Physician Assistant to join our OB/GYN team. Our system consists of three campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The guaranteed base salary range of $103,000-$156,000 pro-rated for part‑time positions.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of OB/GYN experience and/or strong interest in Women’s Health. Candidates must have a strong desire to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population, as well as be mission‑driven and possess excellent clinical skills.
