Job Title: Site Manager – Manchester

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager to join our Building Division, working on a multi‑million‑pound student accommodation project in central Manchester. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Lead and manage all phases of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost plans.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material orders and deliveries.
• Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring full compliance across the site.
• Supervise subcontractors and on‑site teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Report project updates to senior management and clients.
• Provide leadership and support to the wider construction team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated success in previous Site Manager positions.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
