A luxury lifestyle concierge service in London seeks a Sports & Entertainment Ticketing Manager to secure premium tickets and VIP experiences globally. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience in ticketing or events, with strong negotiation skills and industry connections. This is a full-time position focused on exceeding UHNW client expectations while providing seamless service. Knowledge of CRM systems is required.

We are seeking a highly connected, resourceful, and experienced Sports & Entertainment Ticketing Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will bring an expert-level understanding of the international ticketing and concierge landscape, with deep-rooted industry connections and a proven ability to source and secure tickets and VIP access to global events; in particular, global sporting events (football/soccer, tennis, F1, basketball), social and industry events (Ascot, music/film festivals, luxury summits) and entertainment (concerts, theatre, and cultural performances).
This is not a client-facing role but still requires a proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can meet high expectations with discretion and efficiency.
