Overview

Located in the heart of Soho Shack Fuyu is our Inspired by Japanese Yoshoku food, the Western-influenced cooking style popular in Japan. Serving up the famous “best pudding in London” Kinako French Toast, bottomless brunch, al a carte, pre-theatre and tasting menus. Part of there Bone Daddies group, Shack Fuyu was just meant to be a pop up back in 2015. We wanted to try something a bit different and its popularity with guest and the team running left us with no other options but to make it a permanent fixture in the Soho landscape! Our service is very informal but extremely professional and we are always looking for people who like to do something a little different whether working the floor or kitchen.

Bone Daddies Group is the daddy of a small group of Japanese inspired restaurants, all with a slightly western tweak. We have the rocking ramen bars - Bone Daddies, Flesh & Buns - A modern Japanese feasting experience, unapologetically dripping with hedonism and delight. Then we have Shack Fuyu.
