JOIN OUR TEAM

As Senior B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing our B2B sales strategy in the UK and driving growth within your target customer segments. Your primary focus will be to acquire new clients through strategically defined sales measures, which you will then execute with full ownership. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and engage with senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping this new and exciting business area. The position is permanent and based in London.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • build and grow our B2B customer segments in the UK, including property developers, the hospitality sector and interior designers
  • define a strategy for customer acquisition and growth, and translate it into an actionable plan with clear KPIs
  • lead the full sales cycle independently from prospecting to project closure and bring large-scale B2B projects to life in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • help establish and optimise internal processes to support sustainable B2B growth
  • become the go-to expert for your region and manage the UK B2B network by building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
  • develop retention and upselling initiatives for your customer segments and align them with the overall B2B strategy, while continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics
  • contribute to strategic discussions with senior leadership and prepare communication materials for the Head of B2B, the Group CEO and the Executive Team
YOU COME WITH
  • 5+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in business development and account management in the B2B furniture, home and living sector
  • an established network across key customer segments such as property developers, hospitality, offices and interior designers
  • an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality to grow revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • the ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and operational levels
  • experience in working in a fast-paced environment, confidently juggling multiple topics without compromising on quality or speed
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
