- Location: SL5, Ascot
- Annual Salary: £35,000
- Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm
- Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.
- Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
- Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Car Park Management: Parking and organising residents vehicles safely in the developments car park.
- Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
- Experience as a concierge in a 5* luxury development is essential.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
- Driving License is essential for this role.
