Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Contract: Permanent

Location: Roundwood Drive, St Helen’s

Weekly Hours: 40hrs

This is an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance operative based in St Helen’s or Runcorn to work on various Your Housing Group sites across the north west.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, working as part of a small and supportive team, you will use your previous experience to deliver grounds maintenance, landscaping and environmental services to Your Housing Group’s customers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and customer care at all times.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced grounds maintenance operative who can carry out a high standard of work.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Starting and finishing work at Roundwood Drive.

First and foremost, you will be able to:

• Carry out grass cutting, shrub pruning, weed control and various landscaping ad hoc works.
• Be a strong team player with solid communication skills.
• Be trained and competent to use and maintain a range of associated powered landscaping tool and equipment.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
