Learn more about what sets us apart .**About The Role**We’re looking for a proactive**Executive, IT Infrastructure**to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues — ensuring smooth daily operations across both office and site environments. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing IT improvements within the organization.**What You Will Be Doing*** Provide first-line technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device issues (desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices) promptly to minimize downtime* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical knowledge base articles* Install, configure and maintain IT hardware, software and applications* Track and update IT equipment and software inventory to ensure accurate asset management* Participate in IT improvement projects, system upgrades and other technology initiatives* Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency**We’re Looking For Someone Who’s*** Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office and SaaS applications* Skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration and IT asset management* Highly organized, independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills* Service-oriented and collaborative team player* Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent* Lots of opportunities for growth and career development.* A supportive, collaborative team that values what you bring to the table.* Continuous learning and development to help you advance.If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career in property management, we’d love to hear from you!Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
