Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Critical Environments.
  • Demonstrable commitment with previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate MEP systems efficiently and safely.
  • Lead building power downs and manage annual requirements.
  • Complete Reactive, Planned & Corrective Work Orders.

Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and proactivity
Good IT and report writing skills
Ability to work under pressure

Education

Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent
IOSH Working Safely or NEBOSH equivalent
18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation
