You will be responsible for driving compliance strategies, managing risk, and ensuring all properties meet regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a tangible impact in a high-profile local authority environment.
- Oversee compliance programmes for the Big Six across housing stock and corporate properties.
- Ensure adherence to statutory obligations and best practice guidelines.
- Manage contractor performance and maintain robust compliance records.
- Lead audits, inspections, and remedial actions to mitigate risk.
- Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and deliver compliance reports.
- Proven experience in property compliance within a local authority or housing context. Strong knowledge of statutory requirements for the Big Six.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead compliance programmes and manage contractors effectively.
- You will need to have a qualification related to the field; may that be a NEBOSH, Beng or HND/HNC.
