A specialized maritime service company based in Aberdeen is seeking an HSEQ Lead. This permanent position is within the UK QHSE Team, responsible for supporting quality, health, safety, and environmental activities. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance management, coordinate audits, and assist in performance monitoring. Candidates with a Lead Auditor qualification and NEBOSH certification will be preferred. The role offers flexibility for remote work along with a competitive compensation package.

The HSEQ Lead is a permanent and full-time position. Working within our busy UK QHSE Team, this role will assist and support the Regional QHSE Manager in all quality, health, safety and environmental activities associated with the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and related systems and documentation.
This role is based in our Aberdeen city centre office with excellent transport links.
Mon – Fri office based with flexibility for 1 day remote.
