Job summary
A local pub & restaurant in Charlbury is looking for a Host to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with seating, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a friendly attitude. This position offers competitive pay of up to £20 per hour, including service charge, and provides an opportunity to thrive in a supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Ideally have previous experience as a Host or similar role within hospitality.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and assist them promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering menu information.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with the front of house team for a smooth dining experience.
