A healthcare provider in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee client care and lead training for support staff. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC Pin and have substantial clinical experience, including airway management and ventilation. This full-time role involves travelling to clients' homes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Benefits include a competitive salary of up to £45,000, a bonus scheme, and generous leave entitlements.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (plus bonus)
Shifts: Full-time | Monday to Friday
