Job summary
A leading property services provider is seeking a Property Manager for the New Applications team in Handforth, England. This office-based role involves managing the lettings portfolio, processing applications, and addressing tenant and client enquiries. Ideal candidates should be good communicators with strong organizational skills. Full training provided. The position offers a base salary of £22,000 - £24,000, with commission potential to achieve OTE of £26,000 and a full-time permanent contract.

National Home Move have an exciting new career opportunity for a Property Manager on the New Applications team based at the NHM Lettings management centre in Handforth. National Home Move are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
- This is an office-based role that will involve property managing our active lettings portfolio.
- You will help with processing all new applications received.
- Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Base salary circa £22,000 - £24,000 basic depending on experience.
- Commission opportunity to increase earnings to OTE circa £26,000.
- Full Time permanent contract.
- 5 day working week, Monday to Friday.
- Pension Scheme.
Lettings and property experience would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given. We will consider strong transferrable skills and experience in customer service and administrative fields.
- Good communicator and a confident telephone manner.
- Organisational and administrative skills.
- IT confident.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
