In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our cutting-edge AI software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies/frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align technical capabilities with business objectives. As an AI Software Presales Solutions Architect Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our business development team to drive the adoption of our AI solutions and contribute to the growth of our customer base. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust technical proficiency in AI tools and workflows, possess a blend of tactical and strategic customer presales approaches and excel as an effective communicator. **Key responsibilities for this role include:*** Design and implement AI proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities and potential impact on solving customer challenges.* White glove onboarding for customers into proof of concept and into production phases with in their AI/ML workflow* Translate complex AI concepts into clear and compelling value propositions for customers.* Work closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and provide pre-sales technical support.* Work with partners and customers to understand their technical needs and find enablement opportunities to expand adoption and utilization of ACS AI solutions.* Develop and deliver training sessions on AI software solutions for customers, internal teams, and partners.* Create technical documentation and best practices guides to support the sales process and customer onboarding.
