This role is for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK. You must be qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and available to work on an ad hoc basis.
- Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis and appointment invitations can be accepted or rejected as you see fit.
- Payment: £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
- Nationwide presence: Viewber is nationwide, so applications are accepted from across the UK. When signing up, you will be asked the maximum number of miles you are comfortable travelling and only offered appointments within that radius.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- A valid Assessor ID.
