A professional attitude, ability to follow technical and workflow processes, and solid communication skills are essential.**Skills and Experience****Requirements*** *Demonstrate a passion for training transformation and continuous improvement.** *To produce 3D models & media for RN training courses in accordance with the Media production processes** *Creation of animation sequences visualising and planning of complex concepts.** *Demonstratable experience in creating and developing media content within Autodesk 3D Studio Max and/or Blender and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of design tools.** *Demonstrate previous experience of Microsoft Office based software on a PC based system.** *Demonstrate previous experience in the delivery of eLearning Media projects.** *Demonstrate experience of creating media content and technology-based learning solutions.** *Daily use of the Defence Learning Environment (DLE). Moodle based Learning Management System.
