** DevOps Engineer – Cloud Platform**We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the World Check One team, part of the Nottingham-based Risk Intelligence Product Engineering organisation, to help implement modern DevOps practices and support the evolution of our cloud-native infrastructure.* Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitOps workflows.* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI to enable fast and reliable software delivery.* Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh.* Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability and performance.* Collaborate with developers and other teams to align infrastructure with business goals.* Continuously improve systems through automation and process optimization.* Share knowledge and contribute to a strong DevOps culture within the team.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles * Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and automation tools.* Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.* A passion for automation and continuous improvement.* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.2–4 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
