This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will execute service work of low to medium complexity according to work instructions, ABB standards, quality, and safety guidelines. You will deliver quality service to satisfy customers and showcase your expertise by demonstrating a sense of urgency and care. The work model is onsite in the UK Midlands with travel to customer sites and our Leeds office. You will contribute to the Emergency Lighting Business within ABB's Smart Buildings division, mainly in the UK and Ireland, occasionally abroad. Main stakeholders include external customers, local sales, and manufacturing units. Your primary responsibilities include:
You will be part of a motivated EML Service team, working closely with support teams, manufacturing, and sales to thrive.
