An educational institution in Sunderland seeks Exam Invigilators to supervise students during examinations. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills, vigilance, and the ability to maintain calm under pressure. Full training will be provided. The role offers flexible, casual hours at a rate of £12.65 per hour, which is set to increase in April 2026. Monkwearmouth Academy is a secondary school in north Sunderland, the school is passionate about education and the values of Believe in yourself, Achieve the highest standards and Succeed in life.
We wish to appoint a number of Invigilators to support examinations in the Academy.
Duties include supervising students taking examinations, preparing exam rooms and distributing and collecting exam papers. Full training for the post will be given.
The ideal candidate will be organised, vigilant, flexible and reliable, have attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
